ER-031: use when a customer paid via Razorpay (charge captured) but no order was created — e.g. after a checkout-verification failure. The server fetches the payment from Razorpay directly and verifies it's captured; the Payment dropdown above is ignored when this is filled in. Amount is validated against the items below (±1% / ₹1 tolerance) — a mismatch creates the order but leaves it Pending with a review flag instead of marking it Paid.
Transport & E-Way (optional)
Only for large consignments (> ₹50,000 taxable) shipped via a transporter. Leave blank for normal online / Zukro Delivery orders — those keep the usual delivery flow.
